Horizons Cowork Visitor Management Guide

The Horizons Cowork Visitor Management System helps streamline guest arrivals and provides a professional experience for your visitors.

Using the Visitor Management App

When your guest arrives, they can use the Visitor Management App located at the reception area.

Step 1: Select the Appropriate Option

Visitors should tap the option that best matches their reason for visiting:

• Visit Employee
• Check In / Check Out
• Delivery
• Shop Now

Most guests visiting Horizons Cowork members should select:

Visit Employee

Step 2: Complete the Visitor Form

The visitor will be guided through a series of screens to provide information such as:

• Name
• Company (if applicable)
• Contact Information
• Member or Employee Being Visited

Each screen includes titles and instructions to guide the visitor through the process.

Step 3: Submit Registration

After completing the required information, the visitor will tap Submit.

A confirmation message will appear indicating that the registration has been successfully completed.

Step 4: Visitor Notification

The member being visited may receive a notification that their guest has arrived.

Please meet your guest promptly or provide them with instructions for accessing your workspace.

Delivery Drivers

Delivery personnel should select:

and complete the requested information before submitting.

Checking In and Out Day Pass

Members, guests, or vendors who need to register their arrival or departure may use:

Check In / Check Out

and follow the on-screen instructions.

Prospective Members

Visitors interested in learning more about Horizons Cowork may select:

Visitor Responsibilities

All visitors are expected to:

• Follow Horizons Cowork community guidelines
• Respect member privacy
• Remain in authorized areas
• Check out when departing if requested
