Connecting to LG Televisions

Horizons Cowork meeting rooms and shared spaces include LG televisions that can be used for presentations, screen sharing, and meetings.

Option 1: Connect Using HDMI

1. Locate the HDMI cable near the television.
2. Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop or device.
3. Use the TV remote to select the correct HDMI input.
4. Your screen should display on the television.
5. If your screen does not appear, check your display settings and make sure your device is set to duplicate or extend the screen.

Option 2: Connect Using the Horizons Cowork Network

1. Connect your laptop, tablet, or mobile device to the Horizons Cowork Wi-Fi network.
2. Open your device’s display or screen-sharing settings.
3. Select the LG television from the list of available devices.
4. Follow any on-screen prompts to connect.
5. Once connected, your screen should display on the television.

Option 3: Cast or Screen Mirror to the Television

Windows Devices

1. Make sure your device is connected to the Horizons Cowork Wi-Fi network.
2. Press Windows + K.
3. Select the LG television from the list.
4. Follow the prompts to connect.

Mac Devices

1. Make sure your Mac is connected to the Horizons Cowork Wi-Fi network.
2. Open Control Center.
3. Select Screen Mirroring.
4. Choose the LG television.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts.

iPhone or iPad

1. Make sure your device is connected to the Horizons Cowork Wi-Fi network.
2. Open Control Center.
3. Tap Screen Mirroring.
4. Select the LG television.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts.

Android Devices

1. Make sure your device is connected to the Horizons Cowork Wi-Fi network.
2. Open Cast, Smart View, Screen Share, or Wireless Display from your device settings.
3. Select the LG television.
4. Follow any on-screen prompts.

Printing Instructions

Members and guests may print documents using the printers located in the Lounge Areas.

Member Print ID

Members will use their Member Print ID.

Your Member Print ID is the last 4 digits of your company number.

Guest Print ID

Guests must obtain a Print ID from the Community Manager before printing.

How to Send Documents to Print

1. Attach the document you want to print to an email.
2. Send the email to:

1. Go to the printer located in the Lounge Area.
2. Enter your Member Print ID or the guest Print ID provided by the Community Manager.
3. Select Secure Print.
4. Select the document you want to print.
5. Press Print.

Copying Instructions

Members and guests may make copies using the printer located in the Lounge Area.

1. Go to the printer in the Lounge Area.
2. Enter your Member Print ID or the guest Print ID provided by the Community Manager.
3. Select Copy.
4. Place your document on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
5. Select your copy settings.
6. Press Start or Copy.

Scanning to Email

Members and guests may scan documents and send them by email using the printer located in the Lounge Area.

1. Go to the printer in the Lounge Area.
2. Select Scan to Email.
3. Enter your Member Print ID or the guest Print ID provided by the Community Manager.
4. Place your document on the scanner glass or in the document feeder.
5. Enter or select the email address where the scan should be sent.
6. Confirm your scan settings.
7. Press Start or Send.

Helpful Reminders

Please remove your printed documents from the printer promptly.

Please do not leave confidential documents unattended.

If the printer is out of paper, toner, or needs assistance, please notify the Community Manager.

If you are presenting on a television, please disconnect when your meeting is finished.

Guests should contact the Community Manager for temporary Print ID access.
